Andi Weigand only produced his first vintage in 2018 - but his dad before him tended the vines and passed his passion on. After three years of organic conversion, Andi now produces natural wines with a focus on local and german varietals, Sylvaner being the most grown. They are slowly progressing towards biodynamic agriculture.
White Cuvee 2019 is a fresh, fruit driven yet dry and unfiltered blend of different varietals typical of Franconia with nothing added.
