La Salada is Toni Carbó and his wife Anna's project, started in 2012 as a homage to Toni’s great-grandfather. The grapes come from plots of very poor soil, bought by Toni’s great grandfather from the land-owner at the time. Most of these vines were planted 80 or more years ago and were never treated with chemicals.


Toni and Anna continue in the tradition of Toni’s grandfather making singular wines without any additions whatsoever and without fining or filtration, at times following the old Catalan tradition ofvi brisat - white wines with skin contact. Alt Penedès, Barcelona, Spain
